  2. Websites that only ship within Japan.

In order to buy from websites that ship only within Japan. You need an agent to help you.

Basically, there are 3 kinds of agents.

  1. Forwarder (They combine and forward your parcels from Japan. You pay for your items using your credit card)

  2. Proxy/middleman located in Japan (Someone that you appointed to help you get your items from Japan. You pay to them)

  3. Proxy/middleman located outside Japan (most of the cases, you pay and communicate in your local currency and language)
